Dr. Neal Barnard talks with fellow Advisory Council Member Elysabeth Alfano about the role veganism plays in his life. Founder of Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Dr. Barnard is an advocate for plant-based eating and was featured in the 2011 documentary 'Forks Over Knives'.
