Charles Stahler is Co-Director of The Vegetarian Resource Group and has been a vegan for over 43 years. He is interested in the challenges of ethical entrepreneurship and activism with kindness. The Vegetarian Resource Group (VRG) is a non-profit, which educates the public & professionals on veganism, including issues of health, nutrition, environment, ethics, and world hunger.
