In trying to "debunk" her daughter, she discovered that all evidence pointed to the fact that it was a good idea and very helpful. She and her family lost a collective weight of 250 lbs and transformed their lives. She will share her science-based information on how plant-based diets can heal. She will end her talk with a cooking demo showing how easy it can be to prepare plant-based meals that the whole family would enjoy.
