Mysore Woodlands, a Southeastern Indian restaurant on Devon in Chicago, has created a delicious plant-based vegan buffet with NO-OIL all for only $10.00 (including tax and tip). CASH ONLY - pay at the door. Exact change is always appreciated. Please plan to arrive around 6 PM so we can collect money and start on time.

Dr. Garg will talk about "ALL DISEASE BEGINS IN THE GUT" 20 minutes presentation and 10 min Q&A
Dr. Ashwani K. Garg, MD is board certified in family medicine and lifestyle medicine, affiliation with Evanston North Shore Hospital. Medical School /Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine, 1999 Residency / Hinsdale Hospital, 2002 currently in fellowship for integrative medicine at the University of Arizona. He has been practicing as a family doctor since 2003. He is on the faculty of the University of Chicago and works with students at Dominican University and Rosalind Franklin University. He has lectured to students at Loyola University. He is on the board of Plant-Based Nutrition Movement, and serves as a chapter leader of Dharma Voices for Animals. Mulligatawny soup: Carrots, ginger, black pepper, and Chana Daal split chickpeas.
Yellow Daal soup: Boiled yellow lentil with tomato and spices.
Dosa: Ground fermented rice/lentil crepe served with coconut chutney.
Mini Vegetable Uthapam: Ground fermented, rice/lentil pancake with vegetables served with coconut chutney.
Aloo Gobi Curry: Cauliflower, potato cooked with spices.
Tofu Mutter: Green peas and tofu cooked in tomato sauce and spices.
Pulao: Basmati rice mixed with garden vegetables.
Tandoor Roti: Whole wheat flatbread made in a hot oven.
Mixed Fruit Custard made with almond milk.
