All food must be Whole Food Plant Based, and, if possible, with no added oil. In other words, made of fruit, vegetables, whole grains, beans/legumes. NO ANIMAL PRODUCTS (no cheese, eggs, dairy, fish, etc)
Print out the INGREDIENTS for your recipe to be included with your dish so anyone with allergies or food sensitivities can be alerted. If you'd like to just print the full recipe, that's awesome...just be sure the ingredients are clearly identified. If you have a "plastic sleeve" to hold your recipe, that would be great. If not, we'll have some there as well!
